   Instructional Dance Videos:

Our instructional dance videos are available for order in several ways:

1.  Order online, using PayPal.  This is the most convenient and quickest way to order.  PayPal order buttons are available for each of the videos.  PayPal provides secure order processing, and will allow you to order with a credit card.  There is no charge to you for using the PayPal service.  For more information on PayPal, you can visit their site at www.paypal.com

2.  Mail us a check or money order.  Click here to go to our order form, and follow the directions at the top of that page.

3.  Send an e-mail to bocaballroom@bellsouth.net

4.  Call (561) 241-2300.

• Returns: Please understand that dance videos can only be returned for exchange  if defective.  No refunds will be given.  Please call us at (561) 241-2300 before returning any videos

   Dance Shoes:

We offer many styles of Dance Shoes for sale on our site.  For your convenience, PayPal order buttons are available on each of the pages. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Do not return any shoes until a return authorization has been issued to you.  To obtain a return authorization, call us at (561) 241-2300.  Shoes may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following:

• Shoes must be in the original box.
• Shoes must be in new condition in order to receive a refund or exchange.
• Shoes must have a clean bottom and no major creases.
• Please include a note stating the reason for return and clear indication whether you want an exchange or a refund.
• Shoes returned for a refund will be subjected to a $15 restocking fee.
• Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee
• For your protection, please insure returned shoes. We cannot be responsible for shoes lost during return shipment.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you are responsible for all shipping costs for returns.  A reshipping charge of $15 per pair will be made to you for exchanges.
• Shoes cannot be returned to us more than 7 days after receipt.
• Shoes that have been danced in cannot be returned. We strongly recommend customers to try their new shoes over a clean carpet or paper. Shoes worn over a hard surface will tend to pick up dust or dirt.
